Welcome to IssueOne — a monthly art mail subscription that delivers original prints, poetry, and letters to your doorstep.
By accessing or subscribing to IssueOne, you agree to the following terms of service. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

IssueOne is an independent art subscription service operated by Ancy Bavishiya from India.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms as well as our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy.

These terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our service. Continued use of the website or subscription after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Subscription

  • IssueOne operates on a monthly recurring subscription basis.

  • Each subscription is billed as per amount mentioned in this website and renews automatically unless cancelled.

  • If you subscribe before the 20th of a month, your first IssueOne envelope will ship the following month.

  • If you subscribe after the 20th, your first envelope will ship the month after next.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date.

3. Payments

  • Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment provider.

  • We do not store or have access to your payment information.

  • Subscription payments are non-refundable once processed.

  • In the event of a failed payment, your subscription may be paused until payment is completed.

4. Shipping

  • We ship worldwide from India once per month via standard post.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • India: 5–8 business days after dispatch

    • International: 2–4 weeks after dispatch

  • Delivery times may vary due to postal delays or customs.

  • If your envelope hasn’t arrived within six weeks of dispatch, please contact us at editor.saoirse@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to assist.

5. Returns & Replacements

All IssueOne packages are handmade and exclusive, therefore we cannot accept returns or refunds.
However, if your package arrives damaged or fails to arrive, please reach out and we’ll gladly arrange a replacement.

6. Artwork Rights

All artwork, poems, letters, and designs are the intellectual property of the artist.
Subscribers may enjoy, display, or gift the contents personally, but reproduction, resale, or any commercial use is strictly prohibited without written consent.

7. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account.
Cancellations made after payment has been processed will take effect from the following month.

8. Use of the Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service.
You may not use the site or its content for any fraudulent, commercial, or unauthorized purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to ensure timely delivery and product quality, IssueOne is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by postal services or customs,

  • Damage occurring in transit,

  • Misuse or loss after delivery,

  • Any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
