Cancellation policy

Every IssueOne subscription is a small promise — a quiet exchange between artist and collector, carried through the post. Below are the simple details about how your purchase and subscription work.

1. Purchase Options

  • Monthly Subscription:
    IssueOne operates as a monthly art mail subscription.


    Each month, subscribers receive:

    • A 5” x 7” signed oil pastel art print

    • A 4” x 6” designed print inspired by the artwork

    • A heartfelt poem

    • A personal letter from the artist

    • A custom-designed wrap based on the monthly theme

     

  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.

  • All prints are signed and exclusive to the subscription — not available for individual sale.

2. Subscription Timing

  • If you subscribe before the 20th of the month, your first envelope ships at the start of the following month.

  • If you subscribe after the 20th, your first envelope ships the month after next.
    (Example: subscribe on March 10 → first mail in April; subscribe on March 25 → first mail in May.)

3. Payments

  • Subscriptions are billed automatically once a month via our secure payment gateway.

  • We do not store or access your payment details directly.

  • Payments are non-refundable once processed.

4. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription anytime — there is no minimum commitment.

To cancel:

  • Log in to your account and select “Manage Subscription”, or

  • Write to editor.saoirse@gmail.com with your name and email used for the subscription.

Important:

  • If you cancel before your next billing date, you will not be charged again.

  • If you cancel after a payment has been processed, that month’s envelope will still be shipped, and your cancellation will take effect from the next cycle.
