Refund policy
Each IssueOne envelope is handmade with care — every print, poem, and wrap is created exclusively for subscribers. Because of this personal and limited-edition nature, we do not offer traditional returns or refunds.
Still, your experience matters deeply to us.
If something goes wrong, we’ll always do our best to make it right.
1. No Returns
Every IssueOne package is made to order and prepared individually for each subscriber.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges once a package has been shipped.
2. Damaged or Missing Mail
If your envelope arrives damaged or does not arrive within six weeks of dispatch, please email editor.saoirse@gmail.com with your name and order details.
We will happily arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Please note: because IssueOne is shipped through standard post, international delays can occasionally occur due to customs or local postal handling. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.
3. Refunds
As subscriptions are charged automatically each month, payments are non-refundable once processed.
If you wish to cancel, please do so before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us at editor.saoirse@gmail.com.
If your cancellation request is received after a payment has been processed, that month’s envelope will still be shipped, and the cancellation will take effect from the next cycle.
